Task Creation allows you to add repeatable tasks that support your wellness, productivity, and emotional balance.
With this feature, you can track daily routines, wellness practices, and personal goals to build consistency and measure your progress over time.
Creating a task is quick and straightforward. You can add new tasks in two ways.
Option A — Through the Manage Panel
- On the Home screen, go to Your Routine
- Tap Manage
- Select Create → Add Any Task
- Set the task name and select preferences (frequency, duration, time, reminder, and prompt)
- Tap Add Task to finalize
Option B — Quick Add (+)
- Tap the + button beside Your Routine
- Enter the task name and select preferences
- Tap Add Task to start tracking immediately
Task Preferences You Can Set:
- Frequency – Set how often the task repeats (daily, weekly, or custom)
- Duration – Specify how long you want to spend on the task
- Time – Pick the time of day you want to do the task
- Reminder – Enable notifications to remind you when it’s time
- Prompt – Set a journal prompt that will appear when you complete the task. (Enabling a prompt allows you to launch a journaling session right when you finish this task!)
Tips for Success:
- Start with 1-3 tasks to build consistency
- Choose specific, achievable tasks
- Set durations and frequencies you can maintain
- Use reminders to help build the habit
- Try setting a journal prompt to reflect after key tasks
