Archiving & Unarchiving

Archiving helps you organize your tasks by moving completed tasks out of your active routine while preserving their history. You can unarchive them anytime to resume tracking.

What Is Task Archiving & Unarchiving?

Archiving allows you to store completed tasks out of the main view while keeping them accessible for future reference.

This helps keep your active routine focused while preserving your task history and completion data.

How Archiving Works?

Archiving happens automatically when you complete a task.

When you mark a task as completed, it automatically moves to Archived Tasks the next day, keeping your active routine clean and organized.

How to View Archived Tasks?

Viewing your archived tasks is simple.

Tap Show Archived Tasks in Manage Routine to see all your completed tasks and their history.

How to Unarchive a Task?

You can restore any archived task back to your active routine at any time.

Steps to Unarchive:

  1. Open the Archived Tasks view from Manage Routine
  2. Tap the check mark on any task to restore it to active status
  3. The task immediately returns to Your Routine

When to Unarchive:

  • You want to resume a task you previously completed
  • You archived a task by mistake
  • A task becomes relevant again after a break

Note: Unarchiving a task doesn’t affect your completion history or insights. All past data remains intact.
