Unlike archiving, deletion removes the task and all its associated data completely. This action cannot be undone, so consider archiving instead if you might want to restore it later.
Deleting a task permanently removes it from your account. Make sure you want to delete it before proceeding.
Steps to Delete:
- Tap the task inside Your Routine
- Open the three-dots (⋮) settings menu
- Tap Remove Task
- Confirm deletion when prompted
Important Notes:
- Deleting a task permanently removes it and all associated data
- This action cannot be undone
- Consider archiving instead if you might want to restore it later
- Your Mood Checkin statistics will no longer include this task’s data
When to Delete vs. Archive:
- Delete – You’re certain you’ll never want to track this task again
- Archive – You might resume this task in the future (recommended)
